The Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) free zone was established in 2002 to bring together the best in medical and healthcare facilities from around the region and across the world. Today DHCC is home to over 100 medical facilities including hospitals and more than 120 outpatient medical centres and diagnostic laboratories with over 4,000 licensed professionals. Hospitals include Mediclinic City Hospital and Dr Sulaiman Al-Habib Hospital. Located just off Sheikh Zayed Road, on Al Khail Road, close to Dubai International Airport, Dubai Festival City and Downtown Dubai, DHCC offers a strategic location, overlooking the Dubai Creek.
